Serena Morton Launch Party

Yesterday was a special day. Not only was it the hottest day of the year so far (cue a sigh of happiness), but it also happened to be the day that my favourite art curator, Serena Morton, was opening her very own exhibition space in Ladbroke Grove.

I worked with Serena at her previous gallery on Dover Street during my university holidays a couple of years ago. She doesn't only have an incredible eye, she is also the loveliest person you will ever meet. Since working with her, she has kindly taken me under her wing, becoming my fairy godmother if you will.

I couldn't wait to see her and all the artists she was representing.

Many people had come from all over town to support her and check out her latest works of art....

these are a few of my favourite pieces from the night...

All in all, a pretty fabulous do with incredible variation. For more information on these pieces and others, check out Serena Morton's website here.

The opening night was such a huge success. I left feeling so happy and excited for Serena. With a fantastic new space and extraordinary pieces, who knows what she will achieve next. All I do know is that it will be great.
If only I had 10k to splash ey!
